Welcome to Triple Tile! By downloading, installing, or playing our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to all terms established in this document, you must not use or access Triple Tile.

2. License Use

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download and play the game on compatible devices solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, codebases, trademarks, gameplay mechanics, and audio files present in Triple Tile are our exclusive intellectual property or licensed properly. Any reverse engineering or copying of the game is prohibited without formal written consent.

4. In-Game Currency and Booster Items

Triple Tile includes in-game virtual coins and boosters obtained through gameplay, in-app purchases, or optional rewarded ads, as available. Payment for in-app purchases is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms. The game may display banner and interstitial ads served through Unity Ads; rewarded ads are optional and rewards are granted only when the ad provider confirms completion.

• Coins and boosters are virtual items and do not have real-world monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Game progress and virtual-item balances are stored in app preferences on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove them from the current installation, although operating-system backups may restore them. Clearing only the device cache does not necessarily remove saved progress.

5. Advertising and Privacy

Unity Ads and its advertising partners may process app, device, and ad-interaction information when ads are requested or displayed. For details about advertising, analytics, and your privacy choices, see our Privacy Policy and Unity's privacy policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any implied or express warranties. We are not liable for device-specific hardware failures, loss of game data, or any third-party ad delivery service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after updates constitute your full acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
